CMS CY 2018 OPPS Proposed Rule

On July 13, 2017, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the proposed CY 2018 Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS), which contains significant provisions that would reduce payments to hospitals participating in the 340B Drug Pricing Program and to new off-campus provider-based facilities billing under OPPS.
