ACCC currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or check, payable to the Association of Community Cancer Centers.
Registration fees include official program events, materials, and all scheduled meal functions as outlined in the agenda.
This rate is available for ACCC members in any category of membership. This includes Cancer Program Members, Chapter Members, and Individual Members. If you need assistance to determine your membership status, or have other questions, please contact the Membership Department at 301.984.9496, ext. 216.
ACCC Members—bring a colleague! A member that registers for the conference at the full rate ($525 or higher) may register ONE additional person, member or non-member, from an institution or practice at a discounted rate. Please register both individuals at the same time and indicate that the two registrations are together (on the online form use the box to indicate the name of the full member registrant that links the 2nd registrant to this individual). This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or prize award. Industry representatives and consultants are not eligible for this discount.
Non-Member/Industry Council Member Rate
This rate is for individuals who are not members of ACCC, but who are Industry Council members through the IAC, TAC, or ECC.
Industry/Company Non-Member Rate
This rate is for industry non-member attendees.
If you register online, you will receive a confirmation sent directly to the email address you provided to register. If you fax or mail your registration form and fee, you should receive confirmation of your registration by email, within 10 days of ACCC's receipt of your form. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call the Membership Department at 301.984.9496, ext. 216.
A list will be distributed for this conference that includes participants name, title, company name, and mailing address. This list will only include conference participants who register by September 18, 2017. This list will not be given out prior to the conference. If you wish to opt out, please check the appropriate box on the registration form, and your name will not be included on the list.
Your conference badge will be available when the Registration Desk opens at 3:00 pm on
Wednesday, October 18, 2017. The week before the conference, you will receive an email with a link to the free ACCC conference app, where you can download the agenda and presentations from your desktop or laptop. In Nashville, access the app via your mobile device to stay connected and maximize your conference experience.
Written cancellation of registration received in the ACCC office, on or prior to Monday,
September 18, 2017, will result in a refund less a $100 processing fee. No cancellation refund requests will be accepted after September 18. Please note: Registrations can be transferred to another member of the registrant’s center but not to another meeting. To place request, email Membership email@example.com or fax written notice to 301.770.1949.
Substitutions may be made at any time, and will not incur a processing fee. The substitute
individual will pay, if applicable, a registration fee that equals his or her rate category. For example, a non-member substituting for a member will pay the higher registration rate. Please fax the request in writing to the Membership Department at 301.770.1949 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Electronic Media Consent
Attendees may appear in photographs or videos that will be taken during this conference. Registration grants ACCC permission to photograph and/or video record attendees for use in ACCC printed and/or electronic publications, on websites and/or electronic communications without attendee compensation or approval rights. All negatives, prints, and/or digital reproductions shall be the property of ACCC.
