OPEN Meeting
ACCC’s Oncology Pharmacy Education Network (OPEN) will host a special one-day meeting, "Preparing the Oncology Pharmacy for 2009," for oncology pharmacists and administrators interested in pharmacy issues on Thursday, September 18, 2008, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco, Calif. This meeting is separate from the main conference.

Private Social Functions Policy
Social functions at which attendance is restricted to either verbal or written invitations are not permitted to occur during any official ACCC activity. Hospitality suites must be approved in advance by ACCC. For function space or hospitality suite consideration, please contact ACCC’s Senior Director, Programs & Meetings, Lu Anne Bankert, at 301.984.9496 ext. 219 or fax your request to 301.770.1949.
No Smoking Policy
Please smoke only in designated smoking areas of the hotel.
Guests
A spouse/significant other/friend/adult-child, who is not registered for the conference, may participate in the evening receptions, provided he or she signs in at the conference registration desk for a name badge. All other conference activities are limited to registered attendees.
Recommended Dress
Conference sessions and receptions: Business casual. Reminder: Conference room temperatures and personal comfort ranges vary. Since conference rooms often seem cold, please bring either a sweater or jacket.
