Registration Information
Registration Fees
Registration fees include official program events, materials, social events and all scheduled meal functions as outlined in the agenda. ACCC currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or check, payable to the Association of Community Cancer Centers. Note: If paying by check, you may still register online. Mail a copy of the registration form or confirmation (to match your registration with the check) and check to: Meetings Department, ACCC, 11600 Nebel Street, Suite 201, Rockville, MD 20852-2557

Rate Descriptions
Member Rate
This rate is available for ACCC members in any category of membership. This includes cancer program members, chapter members, and individual members. If you need assistance to determine your membership status, or have other questions, please contact Karla Smith at 301.984.9496, ext. 216.
2nd Registrant
ACCC Members—bring a friend! A member that registers for the meeting at the full rate ($490 or higher) may register a second person, member or non-member, from an institution or practice at a discounted rate. Please register both individuals at the same time and indicate that the two registrations are together (on the online form use the box to indicate the name of the full-member registrant that links the 2nd registrant to this individual). This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or prize award. Industry representatives are excluded as the 2nd registrant.
Non-Member/Industry Rate
This rate is available for individuals that are not members of ACCC.
One-Day Rate
This rate is available for cancer care team members working in hospitals, medical institutions, or private practices that only want to attend one day of the meeting (either Thursday or Friday). Industry representatives are excluded from the one-day rate.
Complimentary Registration
For individuals in the following categories, please follow the instructions provided by your ACCC contact in order to register for the meeting:
- The primary contacts for IAC/ECC/TAC companies
- Designated exhibitor contacts
- Speakers
- Prize winners of free meeting registrations
- New institution/group practice members that received the complimentary meeting registration pass as part of their membership package
- Designated press
- Past presidents of ACCC
Registration Methods

Registration Confirmation
If you register online, you should receive an email confirmation within a few hours of your registration acceptance. The confirmation will be sent directly to the email address provided on the online form. If you fax or mail your registration form and fee, you should receive confirmation of your registration by email, within 10 days of ACCC’s receipt of your form. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call Karla Smith at 301.984.9496, ext. 216. Registrations received after 5:00 pm (EDT) on September 11, 2008, will be processed onsite.
Participants' List
A participants' list will be provided for this conference that includes the participant's name, title, company name, and mailing address. This list will only include meeting participants that registered by August 29, 2008. Attendees may pick up this list at registration. This list will not be given out prior to the meeting. If you wish to opt out, please check the appropriate box on the registration form, and your name will not be included on the official list.
Conference Materials
All conference materials may be picked up at registration. Registration opens at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, September 17, 2008, and will run through the meeting. The exact hours of registration will be posted at the registration desk. Aside from your registration confirmation, no other materials will be sent in advance.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Written cancellation of registration received in the ACCC office, (Attn: Meetings Dept.) on or prior to Friday, August 15, 2008, will result in a refund less a $50 processing fee. Written cancellation of registration received in the ACCC office, on or prior to Friday, August 29, 2008, will result in a refund less a $100 processing fee. After August 29, 2008, registration fees will not be refunded. However, we will mail a copy of the meeting handbook to you at your request. Most speaker handouts will be available online after the meeting. Please note: registrations cannot be transferred to another ACCC meeting. Fax written notice to Karla Smith at 301.770.1949.
Substitutions
Substitutions may be made at any time, and will not incur a processing fee. The substitute individual will pay, if applicable, a registration fee that equals his or her rate category. For example, a non-member substituting for a member will pay the higher registration rate. Please fax the request in writing to Karla Smith at 301.770.1949.
