Hotel Accomodations
The Hyatt is holding rooms for the ACCC conference at a reduced rate until August 18, 2008 (or until the block of rooms is sold out): Single or Double rooms are $235 plus tax (currently 14% plus $.13 per night). Suites, triple, and quad occupancy are available at an additional cost.
For room reservations, please call central reservations at 888.421.1442, and refer to the group and conference name in order to obtain the discount. Online reservations are also available, please click here. The reduced rate is available from September 16-20, 2008. If you wish to extend your stay, the special group rate may be available up to three days before and after the conference based on hotel availability.
Hyatt requires a credit card or one night’s prepayment by check or money order to hold hotel reservations. Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of your scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations received after this time will be charged one night’s room and tax. Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 noon.

From San Francisco International Airport
Lorrie's Shuttle: Operates 4:30 am-11 pm, 7 days a week. Door-to-door service between SFO Airport and Hyatt. Price is $15 one way per person. At the airport, look for the red and yellow vans with lettering that says Lorrie's at the shuttle pick up area. For information, call 415.334.9000. Reservations are required for transportation from the hotel to the airport.
Super Shuttle Van Service:
Operates 24 hrs/7 days a week. Door-to-door service between San Francisco and the SFO Airport. From the Airport, go to the upper level (median strip or courtesy island) and look for the blue and yellow van. Price is $15-$17 one way per person. Call 415.558.8500. Contact the concierge for further details.
The BART:
Exit at Embarcadero from San Francisco International Airport: Any San Francisco bound (north bound) train will stop at "Embarcadero Station." Hotel is located directly outside the station. Trains available every 15 - 20 minutes. Price is $5.15 each way.

Bay Porter:
Price $26 for first person and $12 for each additional person. Green/white vans - Hours: 3 am to 10 pm

Caltrain: 4th and King, 5 min. taxi, 1.5 miles, taxi $6.00.
From Oakland Airport
Bay Porter 415.467.1800 or City Express 510.638.8830. Reservations are required for both services. Guests need to specify which hotel they are staying at. $28 for the first person and $10 for each additional person. Children 12 and under $7. City Express operates 24 hours per day. Exit at Embarcadero. The Bart is approx $3.15 plus $2 for AirBart Shuttle.
Parking
Valet Parking
Indoor valet parking $49.00 per night plus tax with in/out privileges. Vans ok. Oversize Vehicles: High profile cars (SUV) up to 12 feet high, can be valet parked. If the vehicle needs two spaces, guest will be charged for two cars.
Self Parking
Available adjacent to the hotel in the Embarcadero Center. Hourly rates: $2.50 each 20 minute interval. Max $27 per day. Clearance 6'6". In and out privileges are not included. Garage is closed from 12 midnight to 5am. The hotel does not offer validation on any self park garage.
