Description
This meeting will explore the latest trends in pharmacy practice at both hospitals and private offices.
The Hyatt is holding rooms at a reduced rate until August 18, 2008 (or until the block of rooms is sold out): Single or Double rooms are $235 plus tax (currently 14% plus $.13 per night). Suites, triple, and quad occupancy are available at an additional cost. Participants' List
A participants' list will be provided for this meeting that includes the participants’ name, title, company name, and mailing address. This list will only include meeting participants who have registered by August 29, 2008. Attendees may pick up this list at registration. This list will not be given out prior to the meeting. If you wish to opt out, please check the appropriate box on the registration form, and your name will not be included on the official list.
Cancellation/Substitution
Written cancellation of registration received in the ACCC office, (Attn: Meetings Dept.) on or prior to Friday, August 15, 2008, will result in a refund less a $50 processing fee. Written cancellation of registration received in the ACCC office, on or prior to Friday, August 29, 2008, will result in a refund less a $100 processing fee. After August 29, 2008, registration fees will not be refunded. Please note: registrations cannot be transferred to another ACCC meeting. Fax written notice to Karla Smith at 301.770.1949.
