Assess Your Program

Assess the level of pathology integration with cancer care delivery at your institution. Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a personalized report with scores in each domain. Self-assessment results can be used to identify short- and long-term opportunities to improve and strengthen integration of pathology services as oncology clinicians diagnose cancer, select therapies, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress. Using this report, cancer programs can customize short- and long-term goals for improvement, taking into account such factors as your program’s resource level, infrastructure, and administrative/leadership support.

This tool is intended to be used by healthcare professionals (including pathologists, oncologists, surgeons, advanced practice providers, nurses, pharmacists, lab professionals, and administrators) as they evaluate levels of pathology integration within their cancer program.

Assessment results are private and for program-improvement purposes only. ACCC will not report your individual score. All programs who take this assessment will qualify to host an ACCC-led, complimentary process improvement workshop at your location.

This assessment will cover:

  • Demographics and Classification
  • Pathology and the Cancer Program
