Exhibitor Information

Please review the important information below regarding exhibiting at Rocky Mountain Oncology Society events.

Corporate Members

If you are already a corporate member of the state, there’s nothing more that you need to do! We will:

• Reach out to collect attendee registrant information and provide logistical information about your exhibit display and other activities your company may have access to during the event
• Provide one (1) exhibit display table per company, assigned onsite based on your level of membership
• Send the pre and post attendee list to assist with networking and making connections

Due to space limitations, display table opportunities are not guaranteed if Corporate Membership is secured less than 60 days prior to the event.

Non-Member Exhibitors

Please note that not every state society meeting allows for non-member exhibitors.

If you are not a Corporate Member of this state society, and you wish to be considered for an exhibit display table at State Society meetings, please complete the below form to be added to the waitlist.

Notifications of acceptance will be emailed to the submitter of the form.

Do NOT send payment until you receive notification that your company has been formally accepted to exhibit via email. Submitting the form below does not mean you are confirmed to exhibit.
