About the award

An important part of the Rocky Mountain Oncology Society's mission is to demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting the educational needs of allied health professionals, including advanced practice providers, nurse practioners, and pharmacists, who are vital to the delivery of high-quality patient care across Colorado.

To this end, we are pleased to present the new RMOS Allied Health Professional Award, a monetary award created to support the professional development of RMOS members (Associate Member). This award can be applied to the attendance of an official Best of ASCO conference, or another meeting of a national oncology, hematology, or cancer-related organization. Funds may also be used toward a cerification or re-certification in conjunction with attendance at a conference.

The deadline to apply for this award is Friday, August 3, 2018 at 11:59 PM. All applications will be reviewed by a subcommittee of RMOS board members to determine award recipients. Up to five awards of $2,000 each will be given.
