Group Leaders Needed for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Project

May 25, 2021

ACCC is looking for group leaders for a new CE initiative, featuring a roughly 8-week digital curriculum for interprofessional learners, the initiative's goal is to establish meaningful, small group interactions between clinicians involved in the care of patients with early-stage NSCLC that will, through collaborative educational experiences, help them optimally manage these patients. Group leaders can be physicians, advanced practice providers (NP/PA), or oncology pharmacists.

As a group leader, you will help assemble and guide a group of learners through a 8-week core digital curriculum developed by the initiative's steering committee; moderate the progress of the group (review scores, prompt group members, post messages on group forum, direct messaging to individual participants); provide encouragement to members to complete the curriculum; lead two, 30-minute live meetings with group members; and assign tasks to each of the group members.

Group leaders will receive an honorarium for their participation as well as support from facilitators who will assist with these responsibilities. This ACCC CME/CNE/CPE-certified project is supported by AstraZeneca and Merck.
