Call for Abstracts for Poster Presentations

ACCC is inviting industry members and partners to submit abstracts for possible poster presentations at the ACCC 51st Annual Meeting & Cancer Center Business Summit (#AMCCBS), March 5-7, 2025, Washington, DC. Share your best practice, resource, tool, or quality and process improvement initiative on a national stage.

Your poster abstract should be a short description (do not exceed 500 words) of your work and contain all the elements necessary to define your goals and report results to the reader. Specifically, abstracts—and posters—should address these 4 required elements:

1. Background
2. Methods
3. Results
4. Conclusions

Areas of special interest include:

• Content related to the 2024-2025 ACCC President’s Theme: Reimagining Community Engagement and Equity in Cancer
• Cancer care delivery models (eg, telehealth and virtual care models, alternative payment models)
• Cancer research and clinical trials (eg, clinical trial matching platforms and/or technology)
• Comprehensive cancer care services (eg, genetic counseling, fertility preservation, financial navigation)
• Oncology practice transformation (eg, revenue cycle optimization, real-time location systems)
• Personalized medicine
• AI- or BI-enabled solutions
• Health equity and patient access
• Outreach, screening, and cancer prevention
• Payer challenges (eg, pre-authorization, brown and white bagging, step therapy)

Note: If selected to present a poster, your organization must be willing and able to join as an Annual Meeting Poster sponsor. Space is limited; posters will be reviewed as they are received.
