ACCC currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or check, payable to the Association of Community Cancer Centers. Registration fees include official program events, materials, and all scheduled meal functions as outlined in the agenda.

Rate Descriptions

South Carolina Oncology Society Members

Registration is complimentary for all members of the South Carolina Oncology Society. If you need assistance to determine your membership status, or have other questions, please contact the SCOS Membership Department at 301.984.9496, ext. 230.

ACCC Individual and Cancer Program Members

This rate is available for cancer care team members who are affiliated with ACCC through their Individual Membership or Cancer Program Membership. If you need assistance to determine your membership status, or have other questions, please contact the ACCC Membership Department at 301.984.9496, ext. 267.

Non-Member Physicians

This rate is for medical, hematologic, surgical, and radiation oncologists who are not members of SCOS or ACCC. If you are interested in attending and would like to become a member of ACCC to obtain the member rates, or you are unsure of your membership status, please contact the Membership Department at 301.984.9496, ext. 267.

Industry Representatives

This rate is for individuals who are employees of a pharmaceutical/device manufacturer, diagnostic testing company, technology/analytics vendor, or a consultant.

Medical Students, Fellows, Residents

This rate is for medical students, fellows, and residents who are participating in an oncology subspecialty training program.

Registration Confirmation

If you register online, you will receive a confirmation sent directly to the email address you provided at the time of registration. If you fax or mail your registration form and fee, you should receive confirmation of your registration by email, within 10 days of ACCC's receipt of your form. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call the Meetings Department at 301.984.9496, ext. 200.

Participants List

A list that includes participant’s name, title, and company name will be made available on the conference app. This list will not be given out prior to the conference. If you wish to opt out, please check the appropriate box on the registration form, and your name will not be included on the list, unless you log into the app.

Your meeting badge will be available when the Registration Desk opens on Saturday, August 8, 2020.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation of registration received in the ACCC office, on or prior to Friday, July 3, 2020, will result in a refund less a $100 processing fee. No cancellation refund requests will be accepted after July 3, 2020. Please note: Registrations can be transferred to another member of the registrant’s organization but not to another meeting. To place the request, email Gloria Kombe, ACCC Meetings Coordinator, or fax written notice to 301.770.1949.

Substitutions

Substitutions may be made at any time and will not incur a processing fee. The substitute individual will pay, if applicable, a registration fee that equals his or her rate category. For example, a non-member substituting for a member will pay the higher registration rate. Please fax the request in writing to the Membership Department at 301.770.1949 or by email to Gloria Kombe, ACCC Meetings Coordinator.

Electronic Media Consent

Attendees may appear in photographs or videos that will be taken during this meeting. Registration grants ACCC permission to photograph and/or video record attendees for use in ACCC printed and/or electronic publications, on websites and/or electronic communications without attendee compensation or approval rights.  All negatives, prints, and/or digital reproductions shall be the property of ACCC.
