Rate Category Descriptions

ACCC Cancer Program Member Rate
This rate is available for cancer care team members who are affiliated with ACCC through a Cancer Program Membership. If you need assistance to determine your membership status, or have other questions, please email the Membership Department, or call at 301.984.9496, prompt 1.

Individual Member/Chapter Member Rate
This rate is available for those who are affiliated with ACCC through an Individual or Chapter Membership. If you need assistance to determine your membership status, please contact the Membership Department at 301.984.9496, ext. 267.

ACCC Cancer Program Member + 2nd Registrant
An ACCC Cancer Program Member can register for ONE additional person from the same member program at a discounted rate. Both individuals must be registered at the same time. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or prize award. Industry representatives and consultants are not eligible for this discount.

Texas Society of Clinical Oncology (TxSCO) Rate
This rate is available for active members of the Texas Society of Clinical Oncology (TxSCO). If you need assistance to determine your membership status, please contact the Membership Department at 301.984.9496, prompt 1.

ACCC Individual Member/Chapter Member Rate (Not TxSCO)
This rate is available for those who are affiliated with ACCC through an Individual or Chapter Membership (TxSCO members see rate above). If you need assistance to determine your membership status, please contact the Membership Department at 301.984.9496, prompt 1.

Non-Member
This rate is for cancer care team members—and those affiliated with Associations, Nonprofits, and Patient Advocacy Groups who are not members of ACCC. If you are interested in attending and would like to become a member of ACCC to obtain the member rates, or you are unsure of your membership status, please contact the Membership Department at 301.984.9496, prompt 1.

ACCC Corporate Members (Industry in Excess of Benefits)
ACCC National Corporate Members (Industry Advisory Council, Emerging Companies Council, and Technical Advisory Council) and non-member Sponsors and Exhibitors of the National Oncology Conference receive an allotment of registrations with their package. More information will be made available shortly, along with step-by-step instructions for how to get your team registered. We recommend you hold on registering any additional team members until your member benefit allotment has been satisfied. Non-Member Industry Representative
This rate is for all non-member attendees coming from industry. Sponsors and exhibitors of the National Oncology Conference receive an allotment of registrations with their package. More information will be made available shortly, along with step-by-step instructions for how to get your team registered. We recommend you hold on registering any additional team members until your allotment has been satisfied. Important Information About Your Registration

Registration Confirmation
Once you register online, you will receive a confirmation sent directly to the email address you provided at the time of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email ACCC Registration.

Written cancellation of registration must be received in the ACCC office, on or prior to Monday, September 11, 2023. Cancellation refund requests received after that date will result in a refund less a $200 processing fee. Registrations can be transferred to another member of the registrant’s center but not to another meeting. To place a request, please contact us immediately.

Substitutions
Substitutions may be made at any time and will not incur a processing fee. The substitute individual will pay, if applicable, a registration fee that equals his or her rate category. For example, a non-member substituting for a member will pay the higher registration rate. Please send a written request by email to ACCC Registration.

Participants List
A list that includes participant’s name, title, and company name will be made available on the conference app. This list will not be given out prior to the conference. If you wish to opt out, please check the appropriate box on the registration form, and your name will not be included on the list, unless you log into the app.

Electronic Media Consent
Attendees may appear in photographs or videos that will be taken during this conference. Registration grants ACCC permission to photograph and/or video record attendees for use in ACCC printed and/or electronic publications, on websites and/or electronic communications without attendee compensation or approval rights. All negatives, prints, and/or digital reproductions shall be the property of ACCC.
