Now Accepting Applications for 2024 NOC Travel Grants

The upcoming 41st National Oncology Conference, on October 9-11 in Minneapolis, MN, presents a valuable opportunity for learning and networking to create positive change in your cancer program. To foster diversity and inclusivity, ACCC is offering a travel grant to cover expenses for up to five individuals from ACCC Cancer Program Members.

To be eligible to receive a travel grant, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Employee of an ACCC Cancer Program Member in good standing
  • Have not attended AMCCBS or NOC within the past 3 years
  • Not eligible for conference registration discounts or travel reimbursement through Board or Committee work, conference involvement (planning committee, speaker, etc.)

Expenses covered by the grant include:

  • Conference registration
  • Business or economy class round-trip airfare, or driving mileage to and from home city to Minneapolis
  • Lodging with check-in October 9 and check-out October 11

Please note that ground transportation, baggage fees, meals, parking, and incidental expenses are the grant travelers’ responsibility.
