We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Neuro-Oncologist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for an individual who has recently completed their fellowship training and is eager to make a significant impact in the field of neuro-oncology.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care, possess excellent clinical skills, and exhibit a passion for advancing healthcare outcomes and systems. The position primarily consists of Clinical Care and Research with the opportunity to expand into teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized care for patients with primary and metastatic brain tumors, spinal cord tumors, and neurologic complications of cancer.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment planning for neuro-oncology patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including neurosurgeons, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, and other specialists to deliver personalized and integrated care.
  • Participate in clinical research, trials, and academic activities to advance neuro-oncology knowledge and treatment options.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of residency training in neurology or neurosurgery.
  • Board certification or eligibility in neurology or neurosurgery.
  • Successful completion of a neuro-oncology fellowship program.
  • Active medical license in the state of practice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient care, research, and education.
  • Ambitious mindset with a desire to innovate and improve healthcare systems.
