ACCC COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols

This page was lasted updated on April 11, 2022.

The Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC) is thrilled to once again host in-person events and we are committed to the health and safety of our attendees, speakers, staff, and exhibitors. Our goal is for all ACCC events to be safe for those who attend, and we will put forth all efforts to ensure that the policies follow the latest CDC and local guidelines, public health recommendations, and what ACCC deems necessary to manage the risk at an in-person event.

All who attend any in-person ACCC event are required to:

  • Be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before arriving onsite and provide proof of vaccination with accompanying photo ID
  • Comply with all health, safety, and distancing guidelines detailed below.

These guidelines apply to all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and ACCC staff. We will continue to monitor CDC and local guidelines for safe meetings and update this page, as necessary. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these protocols, please contact registration@accc-cancer.org.

What you can expect:

  • Masks are strongly encouraged for all participants of any in-person ACCC event except when actively eating or drinking. A limited supply of masks will be available onsite should you need one.
  • Contactless conference check-in.
  • Distanced seating in education sessions and meal areas.
  • A dedication to social distancing measures throughout the meeting space.
  • Availability of hand sanitizer.

We appreciate your continued cooperation.
