Join us at the virtual Multidisciplinary Summit on Treating Advanced Prostate Cancer in the Community Setting on Monday, October 4, 2021. Open to all members on the cancer care team, the Summit will explore practical solutions to improve the care of patients with advanced prostate cancer. We'll identify barriers to shared decision-making and propose new ways to better educate patients about their about treatment options.

Discussions will focus on strategies to elevate care for this patient population, including opportunities to improve communications about treatment options, honoring patients’ values and priorities in decision-making conversations, and integrating decision-making tools and resources into clinical workflows.
