LOS 2025 Advocacy Summit and Dinner

Join the Louisiana Oncology Society (LOS) this April in Baton Rouge for an exclusive opportunity to engage with legislators and healthcare professionals. Our Advocacy Summit and Dinner will provide a platform for meaningful discussions on the latest state policy updates and their impact on patient care and oncology practice. This event will feature two insightful sessions, culminating in a keynote speech by Senator Kirk Talbot of the Louisiana State Senate to kick off conversational dinner.

Additionally, oncology healthcare professionals are invited to participate in a special day at the Capitol on Wednesday, April 30, at 9:00 AM, offering a firsthand opportunity to engage in legislative advocacy.

Please note: Attendance on Wednesday is limited to healthcare providers. Individuals employed by pharmaceutical or device manufacturers (including MSLs), consulting firms, or technology sectors are respectfully excluded from this portion of the event.

PROVIDER REGISTRATIONVIEW AGENDA
Provider Registration - inclusive of licensed physicians and allied health professionals including but not limited to registered nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, pharmacists, physician assistants, administrators, social workers, and office managers in an oncology practice or university; Fellows; Retirees. Provider registrants must not be employed by an Industry company (see below).


Industry Registration – this event is invitation only.  Any Industry attendees that register as a Provider will be voided. Please email corporaterelations@accc-cancer.org with any questions. Industry Registration is inclusive of anyone working for Pharmaceutical, Business Tools/Technology, Diagnostics/Testing and Consulting companies.
