Reimbursement Assistance

Advancing Patient Support

Advancing Patient Support offers the following services to assist patients during the treatment process:

  • Benefits investigation—enrollment initiates a benefits investigation. A summary of benefits will be provided to help healthcare providers and their patients better understand their insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs.

  • Prior authorization/precertification. Helps determine if a prior authorization or precertification is needed for patients and can provide guidance and support throughout the process.

  • Appeals/claims support. Provides guidance on coding and billing, the appeals process, and can help answer any questions that may arise.

  • Nursing support. Helps plan conversations with your healthcare provider, and connects patients to other available support services.

  • Copay program. Eligible patients may qualify for copay assistance.

Co-Pay Card/Out-Of-Pocket Cost Assistance

Advancing Patient Support Commercial Co-Pay Program

If eligible, commercially insured patients can be enrolled in the co-pay program. They may pay as little as $0 per dose, subject to a $25,000 maximum benefit per patient, per calendar.

In order to qualify for co-pay assistance, patients must enroll in the Advancing Patient Support Program and meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Patients must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Patients must live in and receive treatment in the United States or U.S. territories.

  • Patients must be in receipt of a valid prescription for Zynlonta for an FDA-approved indication

  • Patients have private or commercial health insurance with coverage for Zynlonta.

Patients are not eligible if they participate in any federal or state healthcare program with prescription drug coverage, such as Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Part D or Medicare Advantage plan, VA, DoD, or TriCare. The program excludes patients who are uninsured or full cash paying.

Patient Assistance Program

Advancing Patient Support Patient Assistance Program

Patients who are uninsured or underinsured could receive Zynlonta for free if they meet the criteria for the patient assistance program.
