Janssen CarePath Savings Program

The Janssen CarePath Savings Program can help eligible patients save on their out-of-pocket costs for their Janssen medication. Depending on the patient’s health insurance plan, savings may apply toward co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible. Patients may be eligible if they are using commercial or private health insurance to cover a portion of their medication costs for the Janssen medication. There is no income requirement. Not valid for patients using Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded programs to pay for their medications. Terms expire at the end of each calendar year and may change. Janssen CarePath Savings Program for ERLEADA® 

Eligible patients will pay $0 per month. Maximum program benefit per calendar year shall apply. Patients receive instant savings on their out-of-pocket costs for ERLEADA®. Janssen CarePath Savings Program for ZYTIGA® 

Eligible patients will pay $10 per month, with a $12,000 maximum program benefit per calendar year or one-year supply, whichever comes first. Offer not valid for residents of CA or MA or for prescriptions filled in CA or MA. Patients receive instant savings on their out-of-pocket costs for ZYTIGA®.
