Takeda Oncology offers the Takeda Oncology Here2Assist® program to patients prescribed a qualifying Takeda product. Takeda Oncology Here2Assist is comprehensive support program that helps patients navigate coverage requirements, identify available financial assistance, and connect to helpful resources throughout their Takeda Oncology treatment journey.

Co-Pay Card/Out-Of-Pocket Cost Assistance 

Takeda Oncology Co-Pay Assistance Program 

Patients who have private insurance and are concerned about out-of-pocket costs may be eligible for the Takeda Oncology Co-Pay Assistance Program. Patients could pay as little as $0 per prescription. Terms and Conditions Apply.*  

*By enrolling in the Takeda Oncology Co-Pay Assistance Program (the “Program”), you acknowledge that you currently meet the eligibility criteria and will comply with the following terms and conditions: 

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States or a US Territory, and have commercial (private) prescription insurance that does not cover the entire cost of the Takeda Oncology medication. The Program is not valid for patients whose prescription claims for the Takeda Oncology medication are eligible to be reimbursed, in whole or in part, by any state or federal government program, including, but not limited to, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medigap, Medicaid, Department of Defense (DoD), Veterans Affairs (VA), TRICARE, Puerto Rico Government Insurance, or any state patient or pharmaceutical assistance program. Patients who become eligible for or start using government insurance for their Takeda Oncology medications will no longer be eligible for the Program. The Program is not valid if the entire cost of your prescription is reimbursable by a private insurance plan or other private health or pharmacy benefit programs. You are responsible for reporting receipt of Program assistance to any insurer, health plan, or other third party who pays for or reimburses any part of the medication cost, as may be required.

You agree that you will not submit the cost of any portion of the product dispensed pursuant to this Program to a federal or state healthcare program (including, but not limited to, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, TRICARE, VA, DoD, etc.), for purposes of counting it toward your out-of-pocket expenses, and to notify Takeda Oncology Here2Assist® if you become eligible for a federal or state healthcare program that covers your Takeda Oncology medication. This Program is not conditioned on any past, present or future purchase of any Takeda product, including refills. This Program is valid for 12 months, and your co-pay card may be renewed every 12 months, subject to continued eligibility. This offer is not valid with any other program, discount, or offer involving your prescribed Takeda Oncology medication. This offer may be rescinded, revoked, or amended without notice. Reimbursement Assistance 

Takeda Oncology Here2Assist® 

As our programs continuously evolve to adapt to patient’s needs, Takeda Oncology Here2Assist: 

  • Works with insurance companies to help get patients started on their medication 

  • Identifies available financial assistance that may be right for patients 

  • Connects patients to additional support services and resources 

  • Identifies specialty pharmacies to help fill and ship prescriptions appropriately 

  • Conducts regular follow-up calls with patients 

  • Sends status updates and reminders via text message*

*Patients will need to enroll in the texting program to receive text messages 

After a patient’s enrollment form is received and processed, a Takeda Oncology Here2Assist case manager will call to welcome the patient to the program and answer any questions they may have. They will then conduct a benefits investigation to review their insurance plan to determine if their prescribed medication is covered and what out-of-pocket costs they may have.  

To enroll, fax the completed and signed Takeda Oncology Here2Assist Enrollment Form, along with a copy of the patient’s insurance card and prescription, to 1.844.269.3038.

Patient Assistance Program 

Takeda Oncology Patient Assistance Program 

Patients who are uninsured or whose prescription isn’t covered by their insurance may be able to receive their medication at no cost to them through the Takeda Oncology Patient Assistance Program (PAP).† To apply, patients should work with their healthcare provider to complete and submit a program application along with income documentation and a valid prescription for their medication. A case manager will review the application and notify both the patient and provider if they are eligible for the program. Patients may be enrolled in the program for up to 1 year.‡ Once enrolled, a 1-month supply of medication will be delivered to them at no cost. Each month, a Takeda Oncology Here2Assist case manager will follow up with your patient to confirm that they are still being treated and are eligible to receive another month's supply of medication.

Co-Pay Card/Out-Of-Pocket Cost Assistance

Takeda Oncology Co-Pay Assistance Program

For eligible patients with commercial insurance who are concerned about their out-of-pocket costs for Alunbrig, Exkivity, Iclusig, or Ninlaro, the Takeda Oncology Co-Pay Assistance Program may be able to help. Patients could pay as little as $0 per prescription, subject to a maximum of $25,000 annually. Patients must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States or a U.S. territory.

This offer cannot be used if patients are a beneficiary of, or any part of their prescription is covered or reimbursed by:

  1. Any federal or state healthcare program (Medicare, Medicaid, TriCare, Veterans Administration, Department of Defense, etc.), including a state or territory pharmaceutical assistance program

  2. The Medicare Prescription Drug Program (Part D), or if patients are currently in the coverage gap, Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicaid Managed Care or Alternative Benefit Plans under the Affordable Care Act, or Medigap

  3. Insurance that is paying the entire cost of the prescription.

Reimbursement Assistance

After a patient’s enrollment form is received and processed, a Takeda Oncology Here2Assist case manager will conduct a benefits verification to determine the patient’s prescription coverage and potential out-of-pocket costs. A benefits verification will be completed by Takeda Oncology Here2Assist within two business days.

To enroll, fax the completed and signed Takeda Oncology Here2Assist enrollment form, along with a copy of the patient’s insurance card and prescription, to 1.844.269.3038. Prescription is only valid if received by fax.

Patient Assistance Program

Takeda Oncology Patient Assistance Program

If patients do not have insurance or their prescribed medication is not covered by their insurance, they may be eligible to receive their medication at no cost through this program. To be eligible for the patient assistance program, patients must meet certain financial and insurance coverage criteria.

To apply, patients should work with their healthcare provider to complete and submit a program application and a valid prescription for their medication via fax to 1.844.269.3038. Original signatures are required.

If the patient qualifies, they may be enrolled for up to one year. Upon enrollment, a Takeda Oncology Here2Assist case manager will notify the patient and their healthcare provider. A one-month supply of their medication will be delivered to the patient at no cost. 

Each month a Takeda Oncology Here2Assist case manager will confirm with patients and their healthcare providers that they are still being treated and are eligible to receive another month’s supply of medication.

Insurance Coverage-Related Delay Program

Takeda Oncology RapidStart Program

If patients experience a delay in insurance coverage determination of at least five days, they may be eligible to receive a one-month supply of their medication at no cost. Terms and conditions apply.

To enroll patients in the RapidStart Program, a completed Takeda Oncology Here2Assist Enrollment Form must be on file, and a RapidStart Request Form must be completed and submitted. Healthcare providers can find medication-specific forms on the Takeda Oncology Here2Assist website.
