In this webinar, Building Multidisciplinary Capacity to Care for Patients with Advanced Non-Melanoma Skin Cancers, expert Mark Faries, MD, FACS, and co-director of Cutaneous Oncology at The Angeles Clinic and Research Institute along with special guests Jennifer DeSimone, MD, and specialty care physician of dermatology at Inova Schar Cancer Institute and Rachel Saks, MSS, LSW, OSW-C, and senior director of education at Cancer Support Community will explore opportunities to expand multidisciplinary care collaboration and coordination to improve care for patients with non-melanoma skin cancers.

The webinar will also provide an opportunity to identify strategies to conduct a quality improvement initiative as well as discuss resources available to providers seeking to improve quality care for this patient population. This webinar builds on ACCC’s Advanced Non-Melanoma Skin Cancers Visiting Experts Program conducted in 2022 which highlights effective practices for supporting, treating, and managing patients with advanced non-melanoma skin cancer.
